We believe that true encouragement begins with identity: knowing who we are in Him, allowing God to heal our hearts, and strengthening the ‘Seven Life Muscles’—that help us live balanced and healthy lives.
Through every season of hardship, lament, rescue, and praise, we retell His story of redemption and give God the glory. Join us as we grow together in faith, wholeness, and worship in the everyday.

We weren’t meant to walk alone. Join the 7LM Gym for hands on instruction and life on life mentorship, Christ-centered encouragement, prayer and authentic connection with women who understand the journey.
The 7LM Gym is where women come together to train for the health that truly matters—emotional, spiritual and mental health. This isn’t about physical workouts, it’s about building soul fitness through the Seven Life Muscles.
The 7LM FAMILY helps parents bring the Seven Life Muscles framework into their homes —training children’s hearts spiritually, emotionally and practically. It’s more than just curriculum — it’s a lifestyle of discipleship, worship and emotional lived out day by day.
As moms strengthen their own “life muscles” in the 7LM Gym, they can guide their children to grow in the same areas using the 7LM FAMILY—creating a rhythm of family health that flows from heart to home. Everyday moments become worship.
Families in Worship
Worship was never meant to stay inside the church walls — it begins in our homes, around our tables, and in the ordinary moments of family life. ‘Families in worship’ invites parents and children to grow in love for Jesus together through music, scripture, and simple, heartfelt worship.
Each session encourages families to:
Learn basic piano and chord skills for worship in your home and church,
Discover the heart of worship,
Build a rhythm of praise and presence in everyday life,
And strengthen emotional and spiritual connection as a family.
Whether you're new to music or simply want to bring worship into your living room, ‘Families in Worship’ helps you train both the heart and the hands for the glory of God.
